Dear Harry, I remember clearly the first time we met at the iDeans dinner in Toronto hosted by Seamus Ross the year Northumbria University becaome an iSchool member. For me it ws a little daunting but you were such a gentleman and so welcoming. You oozed class and kindness. We haven't met often but you always say hello.
